Where do you deliver?

At launch, online checkout is available for delivery addresses within Australia only.

How much is standard Australian delivery?

Standard Australian delivery is included in the prices of our bags. Standalone Deben Collection orders have a shipping charge calculated at checkout. When Deben is purchased together with a qualifying bag, standard delivery is included. Optional express shipping may be available for an additional charge.

When will my order be dispatched?

Processing and dispatch estimates will appear on each available product page before it can be purchased. Delivery estimates vary by destination and carrier.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Our current returns policy permits eligible change-of-mind requests within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, unworn, unaltered and in original condition. Customers normally cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
